I miss the Wednesday classes.  The evening class worked really well for me.  I never liked running and still am not eager to do it, unless I am part of a group like this… 
Whilst I did your training, I was incredibly motivated and did my ‘homework’ of running an additional 2 runs a week (sometimes even 3 or 4).  The bitesize increase every week was just what I needed to get to a comfortable 5km run.  It was nice to meet new people.  Your knowledge on the physiological side was incredibly helpful to understand energy consumption and how you can use your body, strides, arms, head, shoulders, legs and knees to run most effectively.  Practice and theory and fun got me through this and I can honestly say I enjoyed my first park run where I actually ran the full 5 kilometers!
Thanks to you,  Julie, I can now also enjoy running.
