Your calorie intake will be calculated based on your long and short term weight loss goals and your current basal metabolic rate.
We will track your weight loss each week. Health measurements will include weight and BMI but can also include body fat %, muscle %, visceral fat and blood pressure.
We will discuss your present eating habits and your likes and dislikes. This will enable you to choose healthy eating options that work for you. Keeping your weight loss experience fun and innovative will help you to stay committed.
Your weight loss should be at a safe and steady rate that will enable you to maintain your target weight once reached. By regularly recalculating your calorie requirements we can ensure that your weigh loss does not plateaux so that you reach your target faster.
