I reckon that joining Julie’s group is the best thing I’ve done in a long time. I’ve never been interested in gym type activities, ie weights, bands and any mention of cardio, glutes and abs scared the life out of me!! That has all changed now after just a few months, I look forward to the weekly session and can’t believe how quickly the 45 minutes passes which is all down to Julie’s fun approach and infectious enthusiasm. The added bonus is that the exercise routines have helped me to start to lose weight which a friend, who I haven’t seen since September, remarked on. Thank you Julie.

I am so pleased that my friend suggested that I join your ‘Water Bottle Workout’ zoom class on Tuesdays! I find that I enjoy it more than any other exercise session that I have tried. You make it all seem so much fun and I never get bored because I never know what is coming next! And I find that my winter trousers that I have just dug out need my belt to be tightened a notch! Result!

I really enjoy Julie’s classes. They are fun, very informative and Julie really takes the time to ensure it is tailored to your individual fitness level. As a retired, former member of the Management Team of a very large comprehensive school in London. I have had the pleasure of working alongside many talented members of staff.
I have a particular interest in Sports Science and the development of new teaching and coaching methods.
Recently, I had the pleasure of joining one of Julie’s courses held at the Maidenhead Athletics Club clubhouse for the senior members of the community.
As a result of this experience I would thoroughly recommend Julie as an excellent teacher, coach and motivator. She is a superb communicator and presented a thoroughly relevant and challenging course in all aspects of flexibility, strength and conditioning.

I have enjoyed the class, because using muscles with weights strengthens the body more than other exercise classes.
Being able to go at one’s own level of fitness , my partner and I ,can do it together. Pushing beyond ones comfort zone is beneficial and challenging.

Using muscles not used in other classes , helps to strengthen the whole body.
